Capgemini Software Engineer interview questions

Very worst experience ! No process. They will ask us to wait for hours. Evaluation is worst. There is no proper evaluation for written test. Attending Capgemini interviews are waste of time !!!

It was Walk in intreview process for experienced candidates followed two rounds per candidate - a Technical round and an HR round. Technical round Questions are generally based on your CV. the focus is on projects you worked on , obstacles faced and method of overcoming them. HRround Things like notice period, salary, designation, location, shift timings etc. are likely to be discussed in this round. The results of the selection process and your offer letter could take four to six weeks to arrive in case of a normal recruitment. In urgent recruitments, that time frame is generally cut down to a week. After they’ve joined, experienced candidates are asked to attend an induction programme and need to complete the documentation process.
