Interview
I had applied for the position of Software Engineer online through their portal and I got telephonic Interview within the next 2 weeks. They asked me about my experiences and were quite happy. Then they invited me for face to face interview in their office in Cologne. It was 1.5 Hours duration interview. It was panel of 2 people. They asked me mainly about my experiences and how I handled the various positions in my work. The last 15 minutes were to test my German language fluency, in which I was not able to understand a question. At the end they gave me feedback, that my experiences didn't match their requirement. I needed more experiences in technology. And my German fluency was not good. (I was in my B1 level) and they needed B2 level.

Interview
Interview process is pretty fine. They take usually 2-3 rounds. and the questions about the interviews depends upon the role and criticality of the projec.t. Mine was strainght forward. It was a critical req so was able to get thru in 2 rounds. the intital round is techincal and was pretty easy. managerial interviews is more or less like HR types.
