I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process at Capgemini was straightforward and well-organized. The first round consisted of an online aptitude test, which was followed by a technical interview. The technical interview covered core programming concepts and problem-solving skills. Finally, there was an HR round focused on communication skills and cultural fit. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable, which helped ease any nervousness.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chennai) in May 2025
Interview
I found the Capgemini interview process extremely challenging and personally frustrating. It dragged on for weeks or even months, often with multiple rounds—aptitude tests, technical coding interviews, managerial screens, and HR discussions—only for communication to abruptly stop afterward. I went through three rounds of interviews, submitted all the required documents … almost 2 months gone with no transparency
