I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Jun 2017
Interview
It's the worst interview process, I have ever been through. I think more people have showed up than what they have anticipated. They just randomly picked some resumes and told them to leave for the day. The lame excuse is - profile is not relevant.
If profile is not relevant, why the hell you scheduled the interview in the first place?
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
1st round written
2nd round technical interview
3rd round coding round
4th HR
Each round was held in seperate location. Each location was almost 20 km away from each other and all the rounds were marked with delay.
Apart from that when I got selected they gave me an offer much much below than what was mentioned by me in the beginning. When I asked why was I even interviewed if they couldn't offer me anything close to to my Expected salary they didn't have an answer.
If you respect your time even a bit then please avoid this company.

Interview
