I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Started out with an on campus case interview. They provided a calculator, and it involved just setting up an equation based on the given info about their credit card cash reward program and solving for a single variable, pretty easy stuff. Then went to Dallas for the second round. This was 2 cases and a behavioral. The behavioral went really well, the lady was very nice, just your typical kind of questions: name a time you did ___. Then there were two cases. They were both cases about their actual business, and one involved graphing. It really wasn't difficult but I messed up the graph, which I assume is why I didn't receive an offer.

Question 1
The case required you to keep close track of units, making sure the numbers you use are by the day/week/year or whatever.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
