Relaxed, I was made to feel at ease, the interview was very friendly and appeared interested in my answers. I was given an idea of the sort of clients I would be supporting if I was successful.

Interview was simple, asked questions about what you know about care etc. Wasn’t a lengthy interview. But if offered job you have to attend 4 days of training which is just reading a booklet and answering questions in a separate booklet.

A very relaxed, casual conversation including talking about yourself and your experiences which can take place over the phone or video call. Didn't last very long, it was approximately 15 minutes. You have the chance to ask questions after as well
