Caremark Ltd interview questions

Interview was simple, asked questions about what you know about care etc. Wasn’t a lengthy interview. But if offered job you have to attend 4 days of training which is just reading a booklet and answering questions in a separate booklet.

Smooth, fast. The manager at the time was very relaxed. It was fine, I has a phone screening and a follow up interview. The interview went well, and although I was not told I had the job, I knew on the day, as I met the team and supervisors.
