I was interviewed twice by two separate HR representatives and both were very nice. I recommend working here as a bank teller part time if you are in need of working looking for something in the banking industry.

Tell me a time you struggled with a customer and how did you overcome it?
Fairly simple for a teller position but involved multiple managers which seems a bit excessive. Multiple questions both managers took turns asking. I did not feel like any of the questions were anything special or out of the norm

Felt less like a conversation and more like an interrogation. Not very friendly, and made it very obvious without saying it that I would not get the position. Behavioural-based questions.

30-minute Zoom with a Regional Manger. Typical questions included:
"Tell me about a difficult situation at work." "Tell me about handling adversity at work" I thought all the questions were fair and my hiring manager was very attentive throughout the whole process.
