I applied online. I interviewed at Central Bank (Columbia, MO) in Jan 2011
Interview
They call you for an interview and you meet with someone in HR. They did a quick personality survey while you're waiting, then call you in and ask about your life and why you want to work there. Once they figure out you're not crazy, they ask you a series of questions to see how you would react. They are three part questions. Describe a scenario when.. tell what it was in detail, how you overcame it, and what you learned from it. Be specific.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time that you made a mistake, what you did to fix it, and what you learned from it.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Central Bank
Interview
Very quick to respond to application. Interviews are done on more of a targeted selection basis rather than traditional interview. Interviewers ask a question and then spend their time looking down writing your response in rather than make eye contact and continue engaging the interviewee.
