CSAP Interview Process is a very elaborate and stringent process consisting of multiple rounds evaluating candidates on the many fronts considered necessary for the job role. It starts with CV screening which is then followed by a video resume round. The shortlisted candidates are further screened through a web interview and the selected handful are invited to Cisco Bangalore Campus for a full day selection process. The selection process includes a technical knowledge check, an HR interview, a Role Play and Presentation round. Its a very stringent process ensuring that there is no scope for any bluff.
