it was meh, never really heard back, and got ghosted quite a lot. I think it could be better. They definitely post job availability but the jobs aren't really there.

very tedious and rigorous and fair and extremely detailed . the interviewers are very knowledgeable . the people were looking to invest and hire the most apt person not only looking at the what skills they bring but where they want to grow
