Cisco Business Operations Manager interview questions

Met with two hiring managers. Informal 1:1 conversation. Had 3 phone interviews with other colleagues that would be owrking with me. Reviewed my resume and asked me questions pertaining to my experience. Total interview time took about 2 hours. They gave me an offer within the week pending background check.

Very lengthy process. Expect to interview with numerous people who may not even have a say in the actual hiring. I had seven interviews and was not even a final candidate. Little consideration for the team's time.
