Cisco Cisco Choice Software Engineer interview questions

The whole interview background process (catering of interviewees, calling them for interview, timely results) was all very good, but the interviews themselves looked too random. Out of 30 or so different interviewers, everybody had their own set of parameters where they judged the candidates. Some asked technical questions some did not. I feel the process should be a bit more uniform.
