Cisco Customer Support Engineer interview questions

This was an entry level contract position in support. So there were two phone interviews with the head hunting agency and one moderately technical interview with Cisco. The Cisco interview was attended by the technical lead, the team manager, and the manager above. Most technical questions could be answered by the Wikipedia page for the product.

Applied online, in a week got email and call from TA partner for Cisco. Few basis questions via email related to you work, salary, relocation, etc etc. Next round was webex for 1 hr.
