Dropped off resume at university career fair. Got a call back and scheduled an on-campus 30 minute interview. Talked with a very friendly engineer who described the various Cisco business groups and he had me talk about a software project I worked on. Did some diagramming on a white board and answered one technical question. Received a "you are still in the running email" after 2 weeks and an offer a week after that.
