Very tough hiring process. Initial screening by recruiter, then multiple phone interviews and if passed, up to 5 or more 1-1 interviews with future colleagues, management and snr management. Overall very professional and efficient. People are very open and display a great company culture.
3 rounds. Group. Complete task assessment in the interview. Very easy start up vibes. going but task awhile for them to get back to you. Very fun place to work

Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.
