Interview
An average panel interview with separate team members all white with one woman who was the most junior at the time. No clear interview standard it was informal and didn't text my technical skills even though I had prepared for it. Offered the role after a week and negotiated a small increase in base and bonus.
Met with 5 different people in different positions and the final head of dept had me put together a case study. It was fairly straight forward. I was offered the gig soon after.

The overall process was easy and seamless, I would recommend getting an internal reference to gain early traction with the HR
