30 min screen with hiring manger, pretty casual and we just talked about my design background and a little about my projects.
Portfolio presentation with hiring manager + panel. They asked me to present a deck, and afterwards received questions about it. Pretty conversational as well.
1st round was a recruiter call, 2nd round was with hiring manager, 3rd round was 2-3 interviews with team members. each interview lasted 30-45 minutes. overall not a lengthy experience and pretty chill.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2021

I had a recruiter reach out to me and schedule an interview through their system but when it came time to interview, I never received the call. I emailed them and received an apology and a link to reschedule, but when it came time for that interview, I never got the call. Horrible interview practices.
