Since I was a contractor, I went through a staffing agency. The interview was initially done by phone. Then I later met the manager in person. Since it was a good fit and I had prior Cisco experience, I was hired.

Basically it was about my prior Cisco experience and knowledge of their systems, technology and processes.
Multiple rounds of interview across different functions. Require strong understanding of B2B tech and KPI. A combination of virtual and face to face interviews. Expect a detailed background check from recruiter.
