Question 1
Talk about a relevant incident that made you keen on the profession you are pursuing and follow up by discussing your education. In the story, weave together how your academic training and your passion for the subject or industry the company specializes in, combined with your work experience, make you a great fit for the job. If you’ve managed a complex project or worked on an exciting, offbeat design, mention it.
It was awesome. great company and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. I hope I get the job because the company was great. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and asked very challenging questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cisco
Interview
Initial screening interview with Sr. Recruiter then moved on to three interviews with potential peers and two interviews with the Hiring Manager. Entire process took about two months and it was indicated by the Hiring Manager that I was a final candidate and they would be back in touch with me within a week to let me know my status. I never heard another word from them and followed up several times over the next four weeks with Recruiter and Hiring Manager. No follow up from either of them. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful and expected so much more from this company considering it's reputation.
