Round 1: Resume Shortlisting
After the initial resume shortlisting, Cisco provides a list of available positions. You are required to select one domain based on your interest. Another shortlisting is done based on your selection.
Round 2: Online Assessment
This round consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering technical concepts. The difficulty level is moderate.
Round 3: Technical Interviews
Technical Interview 1:
This round focused primarily on my resume. I was asked detailed questions about my projects, some situation-based and scenario-based questions, and two coding problems (easy to medium level). Questions about my internships and extracurricular activities were also asked.
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Managerial Interview:
This round involved in-depth questions about my main project. I was given hypothetical scenarios and asked how I would handle them. Technical questions from Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Computer Networks (CN), and Database Management Systems (DBMS) were asked. One coding question was also included.
Duration: 35–45 minutes
Round 4: HR Interview
This was a basic HR round with common questions related to personal background. The interviewer explained details about the company, salary, leave policy, and other HR-related topics.
Duration: 15–20 minutes.
