Interview was thorough and professional. Got to meet a good mix of people. Co-workers and management from different functional groups. Was able to get a good picture before making decision. Interviewers was very helpful in describing and explaining the role and the company culture. The hiring process was well executed. Ample help from HR and hiring management to navigate through the onboarding process at ease.

I had 4 interviews involving a Vice President, Director, and 2 Controllers. Unfortunately, the interviews were not all at once and I had to have them across a couple of days. They each had their scripted questions supplied by Human Resources. The hardest part was having a couple of them on the phone versus in person.

we initially had a written test of multiple choice questions- Data Structures, Algorithms, Aptitude, basic Electronics concepts.
A shortlist of 20 out of 150 people was announced. and the interviews commenced thereafter.
