2 rounds of interviews. First panel was 4 people. Second round was my potential boss and his boss. Both interviews had great productive questions and conversations. I think it all depends on the team though. I've had other interviews for the same roll on different teams that weren't as inviting and inclusive.

The interviewer was on the phone during the interview, and I didn't know how to handle the situation. I wasn’t sure how much I needed to think out loud or how to convey my thoughts. This affected my focus.
