Cisco interview questions

Applied online and got an OA the next day at 1pm. It said that the OA needed to be completed in the next 15 days so I was thinking of completing it the next day after a little research/practice. Got an email at 3pm the same day that said they won't be moving forward?? Very confused and disappointing,
