Interview
Only made it to round 2. First interview was a 5 minute phone screening confirming availability/interest. She sent me a rough outline of what the second interview would be like. Second was with a Solution Architect to gauge technical prowess.
I bombed the second interview, my fault entirely. The gentleman interviewing me was incredibly kind and even suggested different roles within the organization that would be a better fit and gave me feedback on the spot.
