Very casual, unorganised interview. Interviewers talked for the majority and had no idea who I was before the interview i.e. didnt review my CV or experience. Any questions seemed very odd the cuff and unrelated to the job in question.
One of the best interview experience ive ever had. Recruiter kept me in informed throughout the process (very personable). I always sign in to my interviews early in case i encounter any issues and almost every interviewer showed up before the scheduled time which i really appreciated. They were all very kind and i could tell everyone was happy to be working at Cisco.
I only did a basic phone screening with the recruiter, asked basic questions, like describe your experience, projects, etc. Very chill interview, but did not get passed this round unfortunately.
