The hiring process at Cisco takes an average of 46 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for CSM had the quickest hiring process (on average 1 day), whereas Intern Field Sales roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 90 days).
The interview process I experienced was characterized by a high degree of professionalism and a focused approach. From the outset, it was evident that the interviewer was not only well-prepared but also intent on creating a constructive and engaging dialogue. They adeptly managed the conversation, ensuring that it remained on topic while allowing enough flexibility for a thorough exploration of relevant subjects.
