Cisco Project Manager interview questions

What was the most difficult network design you have done at your previous job and how did you approach to the solution of the problem? What is it successful ? Please show us the schematic of the design you made

Interviewed with the hiring manager, associates and members of the account team. The interviews were spread out over several weeks and participation varied. All participants were professional and pleasant. The interview was more conversation-like rather than Q & A. At the end of the interview process the hiring manager contacted me to unofficially offer me the job. After that HR contacted me to discuss salary requirements. The HR rep advised that my requirements would be met and that I would receive a follow-up call the next day. The HR Rep never contacted me again. I contacted the hiring manager and he never responded. Very disappointing ending to a very promising unofficial job offer.
