Cisco Project Manager interview questions

Interview process consists of a resume review followed by a phone interview and concluded with a single in-person interview at Cisco's San Jose, CA headquarters. The staffing agency contacted me to assess my work history and overall qualifications. I then had a phone interview with the onsite staffing agency before going to a 1:1 interview with the department manager. The department manager made the decision to hire me and I started work the next week.

I was contacted by a recruiter after an employee who is an acquaintance referred me for a position. I did an initial phone interview, followed by 3 in-person interviews with 3 different managers. I was offered the job about a week after the 3rd interview. I started about 2 weeks after we negotiated a mutually acceptable deal. It was a fairly straight-forward process.
