Cisco Proposal Manager interview questions

I was referred to the position by a friend of my wife's. I interviewed once and was hired as a contractor, which is Cisco's model for business/operations management. I was brought in and interviewed with a person I would work with, and met briefly with my future manager. Her model was to give you a try as a contractor and if you did not work out you would be gone after a month.
