Haphazard and disorganized. Interviews were scheduled, rescheduled, and way too short at each session. The web page also was useless trying to track the status of the interview or position. For the amount of time and effort Cisco claims to invest in their HR and “taking care” of their people, they sure have missed the mark on the job recruiting and talent. I’ve heard from people that work at the company that is the usual.

More general questions around what experience I had a business development manager more than a product manager. Some personality questions and a few “theoretical” scenario questions. None of the questions seem related to the job,
v well structured, 5-6 rounds and mostly with the team members. Need to get good feedback from Manager and Director level. Need understanding of products team works on and also the key objectives of the team. v imp to ask good questions and impress the team

I reached out to recruiter via linkedin. She forwarded my resume to hiring manager and set up a webex call. This was for security team- 4100 /9300. Interview was for cisco's next gen FW product.
