Cisco Software Developer interview questions

The interview had a ppt first after which we took the online test. The online test was tough and most people couldn't clear it. There was a lot of cheating going on so this stage will be easy. Some 26 people were selected after the first round.

On campus interview involving 3 rounds, Two were technical and one HR. Resume is important and good scores are essential. For my role, decent programming skills and good soft skills were required. The first round had questions on basic programming, and networking. In the second round, though technical, puzzles were asked and soft skills were tested. Based on my performance in these rounds, I felt the HR round was going to be a mere formality and it was just that.
