Cisco Software Engineer Graduate interview questions

Initial IQ test then skype interview by HR then phone interview by the team and then assessment center by HR and the team leader. The assessment center was through skype and I was interview by a group of employees.

The interview consisted of 2 steps - phone interview and a telepresence video conference (using their own product). The first interview was just simple screening. The HR person called me and asked some questions according to my CV and said that she had to send the information to the HR manager and he will decide about the next step. The interview was not longer than 30 minutes. The same day I got a call from the person in charge of interview scheduling, and the next interview had to be in 3 days after the first one. On the second interview, I came to the cisco sales office and I had a 2,5 hours interview with 3 different people: HR Manager and 2 developers. Mostly, the questions were easy, and there was only 1 coding question. Anyway, it was my first real job interview and it was a good experience. The people were friendly as well.
