- Interview will be at a short notice. - About two to three technical rounds of interview and about two management rounds and if you are through, final will be your HR round where you will negotiate the grade and pay. - Multiple round of technical interviews enables to find the best in you and this process can be shared by different BU. - HR people will negotiate hard (especially they will say, today is the last date to finalize and need to immediately accept the offer etc). Take your time. It will be OK to take a day or two to decide and finalize the offer - Only based on the grade offered you will get trained and you will be allocated assignments. With the assigned grade, you will not be able to prove your mattle for the next grade. - Grade movement / Promotions are very difficult. There are so many people frustated about this.
