Interview
The interview process started off with two telephonic rounds where your basic coding skills and logic is tested. A few problem solving questions were asked as well. After which I was brought onsite where I had another five rounds of interview. The first round was a purely coding round where I had to debug some code and also code some basic algorithm problems. Leetcode (Easy/Medium) level which is easy to crack. It was followed by one round of networking knowledge which actually went into detail because I had a telecomm background. The third round was an OS round where I was interviewed about my coding environments and different commands and so on. There was another coding round where I was asked more difficult coding questions. The last round consisted of me being asked to design a chess game and implement it.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
I went to Cisco's networking night at my college and had a mini-interview with a recruiter. I gave her my resume and applied online, and was then contacted to interview for a position within the company. The interview was fairly relaxed, and I didn't get asked any technical questions, but it seemed like I was extremely under qualified for the position based on the questions he was asking me.
