I applied online. I interviewed at Cisco (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
About 45 minutes. Mostly are some questions telling you self- selling. Just one question about technical. This is the first round. The interviewer said there would be at least one after this one. Next one would be more technical. The result of this one would be announced 2-3 weeks later. So I haven't got the offer

There were like 10 interview questions which includes salary expectations as well. I told them the minimumm salary i was expecting. Most imprtant was what do u know about our company and why we shoud hire you. it took like 10 min for me to explain them why. they seemed convinced in the starting but not in the end of my interview

Interview
Usually 3-5 rounds of interview, it depends upon the team how many rounds they want, sometimes 2-3 people might interview you in the same round. If you are interning with Cisco, there is a very good chance you might be extended to a full time offer.
They are a bit slow in the interview process, unless and until there is a urgent requirement
