Cisco Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter contacted me to setup a phone screen with one of the Engineering directors. I had the interview via Webex and he was very polite and asked me several questions. Not too technical but trying to find out about more if I am a cultural fit or if I had a passion to write code and to also work at Cisco. 3 weeks after the interview,I got the offer.

Good company,Good process they follow,Good questions,Mind blowing company. Good campus,interview process was smooth for 2 days.with 2 rounds being fully technical. i wish i work for this company in future so that i will get good package with good experience.
