Cisco Technical Consulting Engineer interview questions

simple and straight forward is the process. ideally they have total of 3 rounds 2 tech and 1 manager round. But to me it looks nothing less than impossible to get offer from Cisco. i have been applying for many years . given interviews. but they only select a person with reference. also they want answer as they know it . if you give correct ans but it is not what they want to hear you will be rejected . but if you have a reference then even if you know nothing you will get hired. i don't think it is a good environment in Cisco.
