Cisco Technical Consulting Engineer interview questions

As we have known each other with HR(from the previous interview), the HR interview wasn't held. 1st stage became a technical interview with 2 Cisco engineers. I successfully passed this interview. 2nd stage again the technical interview with 3 of cisco 's experts which I really did a great job on. I was expecting the update from HR and waited more than 14 days, however no result. Finally, I wrote an email to HR regarding the status of the interview. I was advised that the role has been canceled. Such an irresponsible company or HR.
