I got call from Cisco HR, it took around 3 weeks. 10 rounds of interview, out of which only two last rounds were from director and vp. 8 technical rounds.

Question 1
1. Develop employee management system as REST services and submit code for review (first round).
2. Design end to end a Queue management system (second round)
3. 3rd to 8th round were more towards best practices, challenges, code quality etc.
4. Director and VP round will be more towards leadership quality. What you have as leadership and why it is needed?

Je n'étais pas spécialement motivé par Cisco, mais après ces processus d'interview - c'est une boîte qui à l'air très intéressante!

Interview
On Emp referral, the hiring manager called for a telephone screening. Initial round was arranged with four engineers with technical questions, some code examples. Some folks had a good overall system knowledge and asked relavant questions. Final round with three engineers. Hiring manager called and discussed the offer.
