Cisco Technical Support Engineer interview questions

4-5 technical rounds on phone. Indian rounds are tougher than US interviews. Finally, a managerial round happens and you can get an offer after that. I did not go to HQ till my very first day. everything was done online.

The first round was HR. She asked basic questions about my background. Then She called me to schedule a 45 minute technical phone interview. During the phone interview, two engineers of the same position interviewed me for an hour. The interview consisted of various question on OSI model, TCP/IP, Port numbers , logic , behavioural questions etc.
