I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
In-depth interview and yet had a friendly approach. Professional set up with a definite want to make you relaxed in order to build a warm environment. A lot of questions built around the ability to manage a team in problematic situations.

Interview
Was rang up told to come to an interview, seemed very unorganised and slightly unprofessional. Was taken into the interview room, fairly simple questions nothing really about the actual job. Was told after the interview I would be rang to find out whether I got the job or not, to then receive a generic email saying I hadn’t got the job which I found rude and unprofessional.
A very informal chat with easy questions, nothing difficult at all. Spoke with manager, he was very chilled out and offered me the job on the spot. Just wanted to make sure I was personable and would be able to adapt to social situations
