I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Crewe, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was explained clearly prior to the interview therefore I was briefed and it was very clear what I was to expect. Interview was in three parts which were clearly explained. My interviewer most obviously experienced as it was a relaxed environment and it was evident that the skills to pull the best answers out of me were utilized. I got feedback comments as the interview progressed which I think was a great practice as I could guide how the interview was progressing

Interview
Staff were pleasant enough but from a professional angle it was a shambles. They didn't have a copy of my cv in the interview. Didnt get in touch by their deadline and had to chase. I felt this was very poor as I told them I had declined a job offer elsewhere to attend. They wanted males for this role, I wasn't a male. Was told eventually i was suited for their office role. Ironic really after discussing sexism within the industry in the interview
Interviewers were very friendly
