Interview
I was interviewed for a customer team member position a few weeks ago, I was called into an interview at the store I applied to after completing the online assessments. I arrived 20mins early to my interview and was called into the interview straightaway after letting the front desk (customer service) know I was there for an interview. The interview took place in the manager's office and lasted for about 15-20mins; the manager printed a booklet and asked questions from it whilst filling the booklet with my answers briefly. He asked about 10+ questions and then took pictures of my passport and national insurance card. After asking about my availability and if I am able to travel to the store early in the morning (5-6 am) he concluded the interview.

Interview
It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.

Question 1
Give me a time when you stood up for yourself or someone else
Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Question 1
Very insistent on working as many days/times as possible even if you are studying

Interview
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
