I interviewed at Co-op (Worthing, South East England, England)
Interview
It was a face to face interview with an assistant along side taking notes on how I addressed each question. At the end of the interview I was required to show them proof of my right to work in the UK.

Why do you think you are the best fit for the role?
Straight forward. They give you the interview questions before hand and ask the same questions on the day. In person interview lasted about 30-35 mins. Manager was nice. Store was clean people were friendly and helpful guiding me to manger
The process was swift and easy. I took a CV into store and the manager interviewed me there and then. They asked me if I had any customer service experience and general interview questions such as when have I worked in a team and how would you deal with a tricky customer.

Can you give an example of when you have worked in a team?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Edgbaston, England)
Interview
Had a meeting with the store manager in her office. She asked me some routine questions and cared most about my future commitment and willingness of taking more responsibility. She also paid extra attention to my right to work status.
