Very relaxing but professional interview, I was asked about 8 questions but only 5 are scored. The store manager put me at ease and it was an enjoyable experience. The Interview should last around 45 mins but mine lasted about 1hr30mins as we lost track of time 😀I was offered the job the following day.

Why do you want to work for co-op? And they now include the questions in the interview email if your successful for an interview!! I did not notice this until I was asked at the interview if I'd read the interview questions in the email link.

The interview process was straightforward and well organised. I understood everything the interviewer explained, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The environment felt professional, clean, and comfortable, which made it easier to communicate and answer questions confidently.
