I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Lincoln, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
Simple, straightforward and kind woman was on the phone to me, described what my experience would be like working at the Co-op and told me what was expected. However didn't warn me about the manager who'd later fire me for simply disliking me.
