Co-op interview questions

Friendly interview, clear and concise questions making it easy to understand and answer most effectively. The interview started on time and lasted around 20 minutes. Went through a series of scenarios involving how to deal with specific customer questions / issues and how to ensure the management of the shop floor remains smooth during busy customer times.

Normal interview format focusing on situational interview questions. Quite informal. Held in an office within one of the stores. One to one interview. Held with the manager of that area responsible for community based work.
