I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op in Dec 2022

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op in Jan 2023
Interview
Arrived several minutes early, however recruiting manager saw to me soon after my arrival. Made to feel at ease, despite being nervous and occasionally having stuttered. I was eloquent in my manner of speaking and the manager in turn commended me on my use of language. Friendly, and questions asked were off of a pre-printed sheet I assume is used for all Co-op interviews. Essentially all you need to do is provide a personal example for each question, using the STAR method for guaranteed place - i.e. situation, task, action, and result. You will be emailed a candidate preparation guide in advice (use it, it helps!), and will be given one-month access to the Co-op career development hub.
