Our interviews in store aren't designed to be difficult so we're sorry you feel this way. Our questions aren't reliant on you having had any specific experience but on behaviours and values as we believe that it's you as a person that matters. Before the interview every candidate gets an interview guidance pack and we have feedback that tells us this is really useful. We hope you took time out to read yours before your interview.
